This bike has spent its entire life in a climate controlled environment. It was displayed in a museum setting for the first five years of its life. It includes a high dollar show stand that goes through the rear axle and holds the bike vertical. I bought the bike with 1 mile on it and have not ridden this bike over 6000 RPM as the engine is still being broken in. All the miles on this bike have been put in the last 4 months. After owning a R1100RT I thought I would like a sport bike. As you can tell I simple don’t ride it enough to justify keeping it (less than 200 miles since new). This bike is so new that the nubs are still on the center of the tires. (see close-up pictures) The bike is equipped with a Remus carbon fiber exhaust that is still quiet but is slightly more aggressive than stock. (I do not have the factory muffler) This bike has the electronic push button suspension adjuster as well as optional ABS. It has heated grips, digital ride computer with range, temp and fuel levels. It has a factory BMW Motorraid Navigator II GPS system with factory mount. (it is a Garmin Street Pilot that could use software updating) . It has a factory alarm system with a remote and key. It is painted black metallic and has a carbon fiber trim kit on the battery cover and dash panel. This bike operates and looks like a new bike. It has not been crashed or damaged in any way. There is touch up on the paint ¼ inch in diameter. It is documented in the pictures. It is 1 inch towards the rider from the gas cap. You can see it if you look closely as it is not a perfect match. Other than that one blemish I know of nothing else wrong with this bike. I would hop on this bike and ride it anywhere. It has been stored off its tires so there are no flat spots. I just installed a brand new AGM battery as the original battery is 6 years old. If you check my rating you will find that I sell high dollar items on eBay.
