2000 Ford F-350 XL Super Duty V-10 Utility 4WD This truck is a former Pacific Gas & Electric fleet vehicle. It has a Triton V-10 that runs very well. The transmission shifts great so I don't see any issues there. Something in the exhaust system makes an occasional rattling noise. It could be as minor as a loose heat shield or could possibly need a new muffler or catalytic converter. The tires are all in great shape. The 4wd works with no issues. The body is in good condition for the age of the truck. Please note that the sides and hood of the truck are white, the top of the cab and the top of the utility boxes are PG&E greenish/blue color. I suppose prior to PG&E selling the truck they did a quick paint job. In my opinion they did a very quick job, they didn't do a very good job taping things off, you will notice overspray, a few drips, a few missed spots etc. They painted over a scrach/dent in the passenger door and a small dent in the utiltity box door. It has dings, dents and scratches in various areas. From a distance it all looks fine but if you are going to pick this truck apart like a show truck then this is the wrong truck for you. It is however a great strong work truck. It has a heavy duty tow receiver that is all ready for various trailer light connections. The rear door retracts back so you can access your cargo. The utility boxes are all in good shape, one has a small dent and one of them is missing a lock all others operate on one key. The interior is basic, the seats are different colors for that reason I put two seat covers on, other then that they are in good condition. The backseats were removed by the previous owner and I do not have them, I stored tools in the spacious backseat area. The heater blows hot, the A/C blows cold. It has cruise control, tilt wheel & AM/FM radio. Bottom-line, this is a great work truck that is ready for work. Again, this is not a show truck in great condition.
