Here is a 2002 Honda Reflex 250 cc Scooter The scooter has a Salvage Title because it has numerous scrapes and the yellow side lights cover is badly scraped(see photo). Other then that the bike drives and operates great. All of the electrical functions work, turn signal,horn, and headlights work. No unusual noises coming from the engine, and the tranny shifts as it should. Tires eem fine. No tears in the seat.I have personnally driven the bike up to 65 mph hour with no issues. I really don,t uderstand why the bike has a Salvage title, because the damage is very minimal, numerous scrapes shown in photos ,but very presentable as is. I bought the bike without my wife nowing. I,m selling the bike because my wife says she still loves me. Wants to keep me awile longer. I,ve had numerous accidents in the past.
