up for a no reserve auction, my 1984 Montesa 242 cota, awesome bike, runs and rides great, i am the second owner, and hae the original MSO and owners manual that goes with the bike, tank has been repainted, and drips a bit on the bottom, worse case youll need a replacement tank, should be easy to repair, it is fibreglass, i just put new Perrelli trials tires, to replace the dry rotted originals that were on the bike, little ride time on this bike, has not been competed on, just cow trailed on a guys farm, hardly any boot wear, original levers, ect..i had planned on restoring the tank, and keeping this one, but , time to make some room. please read all the boring stuff below. actual miles is unknown, ebay makes you put something in that space,,,its a dirtbike,,no speedo, no trip meter. PLEASE NOTE..BILL OF SALE ONLY. warranty? no,,pretty much a rear fender guanantee, once i cant see the rear fender the the warranty is over, this is a used dirt bike, thats 27 years old, so its sold as is...its dirty, scratched, and has some light rust, dents ect...its old and used.. payment,..to be paid in full within 7 days of close of sale, contact me BEFORE YOU PAY,..my cell phone number is listed below... shipping....please read very carefully..buyer is responsible for any and all shipping....heres what i offer for free...i will hold the bike in my storage van for up to but no longer then 30 days from the close of sale..5.00 a day storage from that day after, unless we make other arrangements. i will deliver to any shipper you have set up here in the Denver metro area, for free, thats ill load it on my trailer, take the bike to your shipper, and drop it off, ill deliver it 100 miles round trip from my house, thats 50 miles out, 50 miles back...i will help load the bike on a trailer of the guy who you have hired to pick this bike up, as long as a time is set at least 2 weeks before he arrives, thats all that free.. now, what shipping i offer, i can crate and ship top most citys in the LOWER US, for a flat rate of 375.00 dock to dock...that covers my time, materials, ect, and gets the crated bike to a dock close to you...sometimes 5 miles, sometimes 100 miles, if you live in a major city, it will be closer, if you live in the sticks,..its will be farther, takes a week to get there i have a guy that will pick it up at my house, load it on an open trailer, and deliver it to your house, {if your not in a hurry} sometimes, 3 weeks time..he charges, 400.00 to 600.00 depending on your location. please cantact me with your city location to make sure i can get this bike to you, BEFORE YOU BID. i will set up and crate this bike, and deliver it to a shipper in the Denver metro area for 125.00 to cover my time and materials. you still have to pay your shipper, i wont pay them for you...see above.. over seas buyers...please have your import exporter set up in advance, and make real sure he will pick this crated bike up. and that it has a BILL OF SALE ONLY and no title, i will not take this bike down and put it on pallets...you need to rent space on a container.. if youv been buying and getting bikes, then you know the deal...if you call, please be aware of the time differance...it might be 3 in the afternoon in your country, but likely its 2 in the morning here,,,likely i wont be very freindly on the phone... what i wont do...i wont take the bike apart, and ship them in boxes, i wont deliver it 300 miles...wont take payments, or more money then the bike and shipping costs, if you have less then 10 feedback and this is your first ebay motorcycle purchase, PLEASE CALL ME before you bid, ill be happy to talk with you and go over all this.. ill be happy to answer any questions you have, cal me during normal sane hours at 720-841-1399
