(1) used 1998 Volkswagen Passat GLS. Vehicle has 158,628 miles on it. Vehicles starts, runs and drives as it should and was being used everyday up until a few weeks ago. - The exterior is very clean overall. There is a rust spot beginning to form on the rear trunk lid (see picture), and an area on the lower right front fender where the paint has chipped off (see picture). All lights are there and function as they should. - The interior is very clean as well. Gray cloth seats and carpet show little wear for their age and are in good shape. All 4 door panels are in good shape, although the 2 front door panels have fabric which is beginning to peel away from the panel itself. All power windows work, one rear door lock is sticky and sometimes does not work when the power door lock button is pressed. Rear cup holder is also broken. - 1.8T motor starts and runs well, timing belt was done at 105k miles and was a 100k mile timing belt kit. Transmission seems to shift smoothly and works as it should. Tires are worn and will need to be replaced in the near future. Vehicle has a new battery, which was installed within the past week. Cruise control does not work for an unknown reason.
