I am selling my 1971 International Harvester Scout II. It has a custom flame paint job done by a local NC artist; definitely a one of a kind Scout. The vehicle runs strong. I have been using this as a daily driver for the last 3 years, as well as an occasional trail truck on weekends. As with all Scouts there is some rust that could use some attention but nothing preventing it from being a daily driver. We have taken this truck on long trips with no issues. I had the engine rebuilt around 5000 miles ago, the block was painted red, and all new accessories were installed. Springs and shocks just replaced. Four wheel drive works well. I believe the truck would climb a wall if I wanted it to. I usually ride all summer without the hard top so no A/C is not an issue. There is heat for the winter. I have a clean title for this vehicle. I installed anchors for latch system car seats. Words don’t do the truck justice. Check out the pictures.
