Tire monitors are expensive ($50-135 per tire) They are very problematic, and even after replaced the new ones can break at anytime. Once a tire monitor has a glitch there will be a small tire light on in the dash. We find that most people drive there vehicles with a tire monitor light on, because they understand that it is a unnecessary monitor that simply makes the manufacture more money.
