Hello and thanks for stopping by our, "No Reserve", auction for this 2001 Jaguar XJ8 L, extended wheel base, V8, Sedan. The miles are only 82,976 as of this post. Pretty respectable for a 2001 model. The miles may higher at delivery time due to moving it around the lot. This is class. This is prestige. This is dignity. This is the Jaguar XJ8 Sedan. With a small stretch of the imagination, it seems perfectly natural picturing Prince Charles and Her Majesty The Queen sneaking out from Buckingham Palace, going out in a XJ8 for scones and a tour around Westminster Abbey. I have personally driven and visually inspected this vehicle. The, 4.0L, V8, engine makes 290 horsepower and 290 foot-pounds of torque. The engine is smooth but the pedal sticks a bit. The, 5-speed, automatic, transmission shifts on time. The tires are in good condition as you can see in our detailed pictures. The, silver, metallic, exterior has some scuffs on the bumper corners, some scratches/scrapes/pitting on the rear bumper and left side hood doesn't latch down, could maybe be an adjustment. The, sand-color, leather interior shows normal leather wear for a 2001 vehicle. Some wear on the driver seat edge. The A/C is not cold. We will recharge it. All the power items I checked are in working order at this time. Features, dual power front seats with driver seat memory conrols, parking sensors, sunroof, wood grain, exterior temperature display, power antenna, keyless entry, 2 keys/2 remotes, 16" alloy wheels, trunk-mounted CD changer, homelink, fog lights, tilt and telescopic steering wheel and much more! Frontal area and rear bumper area have some black speckled overspray and should come out with a wet sand or buff. Possible lower end motor noise. Purchasing an older vehicle, such as this, makes good financial sense. You're able to avoid the steep depreciation rates that occur with brand new vehicles. This essentially gives you the advantage of getting a pre-owned vehicle for less money than when it was new. All of our vehicles are sold with titles that are free and clear of any and all liens.
