2003 Chevrolet Suburban LS 2WDBlack with Gray Cloth Interior.3rd Row Seat.Excellent Condition.One Owner. Maintenance Records.Non Smoker. Ice Cold A/C. DVD Player. This Suburban is in great shape. I purchased it from the original owner and have most all the maintenance records. The pictures tell the story. It is a great driver and will go anywhere. It has not been in any accidents or had any paint work that I can tell. It has normal wear and tear for an 8 year old car but virtually no door dings and original paint is very shiny. The interior is in fabulous condition. Even all the buttons on the radio controls and a/c are in perfect shape and not chipped off and ugly like in so many of these trucks. Some of the things that I have done to it in the last 5 months that I have been personally driving this vehicle........ Fuel pump assembly and fuel filter. Driver's side hub assembly and inner tie rod end on left side Rear brakes and rotorsNew front and rear U-Joints In the last year it has also had front brakes, plugs and wires and your normal oil/filter changes every three thousand miles. The car had meticulous maintenance done on it from the original owner and is one of the main reasons that I liked the car when I bought it. The only mechanical problem with the car is a small oil leak that is not too uncommon with these engines. It may drips over night, it is not that bad but I wanted to mention it. The only flaw on the interior is a bit of the dye (2-3" in dia.) has come off near the grab handle on the passenger side of the dash. Please email me with any questions and I will respond quickly. If the transaction does not come to a conclusion within 14 days of auction close, the deposit becomes non-refundable. I DO NOT offer any type of financing. You must obtain financing on your own through your bank or credit union. Funds will be verified before release of the vehicle. Buyer is responsible for paying Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax of 0.2524231% (amounts to about $25 per $10,000.00), Texas Automobile Sales Tax (6.25%) and registration fees at time of sale to 1012 Motorcars. I do not charge any other documentation fees, handling fees, etc. I will register the car and get the license plates and registration documents to you within 21 days of the finalized sale. If you reside outside Texas, you will be responsible for registering and paying taxes in your own state and will not have to pay Texas sales tax or registration. Shipping, Pick ups, warranties, etc.:I will assist in shipping at the buyer's expense. I will be happy to pick you up from either Houston Intercontinental or Houston Hobby airport should you win the auction. And, of course, if the car is not what I have represented it to be when you come, your deposit will be refunded and you will not be obligated to go through with the purchase. I want you to be happy with the vehicle. This is a used car and there may be scratches or dings on the vehicle. There are no warranties from the seller.
