Located in Valhalla, NY.** This 1993 Toyota Camry XLE, 4 door sedan, V6, has been really good to our family, but now, could use a little help. If you're mechanically inclined and would like a spring project, this Camry might be for you. Classic Forest Green exterior, with Tan cloth/velour interior. Clean and well kept; non-smokers. Two owners, but both within the same family. 153,635 miles. V6 Engine. This 1993 Camry XLE was garaged for the first 8 years, and excellent care has been taken of this Toyota. Comfortable, roomy seating and spacious trunk – back seats fold down for extra room. Has a great sunroof/moonroof that opens fully (or partially, depending on preference), and also tilts upward. Power windows, power locks, power driver side seat control. AM/FM radio with cassette. Heat and air conditioning work well. Roomy center console. If possible, driver side visor could use some tightening, to hold in an up position. Driver's side window up control tight, but functions properly. Car currently starts & runs, but the engine overheats. Head gaskets blown; engine work is needed. Car should be towed for safety. Located in Valhalla, NY. When the car was operating properly, it drove smoothly, and passed New York State Inspection in June '10. Cosmetically, the car is in good condition. Paint is still a rich shade of Forest Green. Some slight blemishes to be aware of: - Slight paint crackling on, and some chipping underneath front right bumper. Caused by a minimal fender collision in 2006; no structural or interior damage to vehicle. Not really noticeable until close. - Trunk lid on back left side has some body damage, from a slow encounter with a very tall fire hydrant. Area was reshaped, and not offensive. The rear light covering has a crack that was repaired with silicone; light functions properly. Seam between lid and light could use a little more silicone/sealant. Couldn't get a picture of the trunk/back, from the way car was parked at garage. - Back driver's side passenger door handle has slight crack. Some work that has been performed in recent years: May '10 - Rear brake pads installed - Fuel filler pipe replaced - Portion of muffler connection replaced - Driver's side door handle replaced - Oil change Sept '09 - Hood cable replaced June '09 - Rear struts replaced - Platinum spark plugs replaced - New battery - Hood latch replaced Dec '07 - Four new Michelin tires, at 142,807 miles Car was involved in an accident in 2000, shortly after the car reached 100,000 miles. Insurance company felt the value of the car was still high, and repaired all damage that occurred to the driver's side front end.
