Up for sale today is a 1972 Honda CB750K2. I purchased this bike as a project last fall after the previous owner had completed an engine rebuild. I finished the project as a daily rider and am offering for sale with no reserve and well below market starting price of $2500.00. The bike was freshened up from a solid original and is not a pristeen show bike. It was given a good mechanical once over and includes new front and rear tires and tubes, battery, seat foam, seat cover, fork gators, and carb kits. The bike starts easliy, idles great, and is ready to ride. I went with the earlier K0 paint scheme of Candy Blue-Green on the Tank, Side Covers, Headlight, and Ears. K0 tank stripes have also been applied. I have ridden the bike approximately 100 miles since the rebuild was completed . There is some minor pitting in places on the original chrome. The exhaust is fairly sound but does have a few small holes in the bottom of the mufflers.The baffles have been removed. A few of the smaller chrome parts such as the instrument bottoms have been powdercoated texture black. A couple of small items like the high/low beam knob is missing. The sprocket seal does have a small leak of 2-3 drops after riding. Overall the bike is in good condition an will make a great vintage rider. I can ship at the buyers expense after full payment. I will accept the down payment through PayPal with the balance via cashiers check or cash at delivery. Payment is to be made within 7 days after the auction closes. The Tennessee title is clear and in my name. It is currently registered with vintage tags, It may be inspected and picked up at my home in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Being a 39 year old motorcycle it is being sold as is with no warrenty other than to be as I have described above. Thanks,
