Dont let the mileage fool you, this is a TOYOTA. 90,000 miles is considered AVERAGE mileage for a 7-yr old vehicle. I had a 2001 Toyota Sequoia (test bed for the GX 470) LTD 4X4 that I put over 200,000 miles on the same 4.7 litre engine and it still purred like a pussy cat when I traded up. I've heard of these engines going 250,000-300,000 miles before a rebuild when they are maintained properly. 1-owner, Garage kept, Non smoker, maintainance performed on time by Lexus/Toyota almost all of the time. Oil & filter changes done between every 3,500-4,000 miles. $1,800/90,000 mile MAJOR service performed at 103,000 miles at Desert Lexus in Palm Springs California (purchasing dealership) and included the TIMING CHAIN. I just titled & registered the car here in Florida last week and my wife and I have decided to move back to California next month. This vehicle still drives as tight as it did 117,000 miles ago, and also still looks almost as nice as it did on 6/18/04 when it was bought. NEVER in an accident, ORIGINAL paint, CLEAN Autocheck report. OPTIONS: 4X4, 3rd row seating, rear A/C, navigation & back-up camera, Mark Levinson 14-speaker/240-watt sound system with 6-disc c/d changer in the glove box, tow package, running boards, luggage rack, heated seats, rear spoiler. All owners manuals included, un-used spare tire & jack, California emissions, brand new battery, brand new windshield, FLAWLESS sheetmetal, MINT condition leather interior, NO road rash on the wheels, matched Michelin P265/65R17 cross terrain 60,000 mile 6-ply tires have approx 5-10,000 miles left on them. NOW FOR THE VERY MINOR FLAWS: 1-Drivers seat bottom seam split approx 1 1/2-2 inches (I used to weigh 325/100-lbs ago), but I am told it can easily be repaired for $100.00 w/o removing the seat. 2-Drivers floor left-foot-rest missing. cost $50.00 3-Hood has numerous rock chips & nicks along the side & over the grill. refinish cost $350, if your really PICKY like I am. 4-Front bumper cover has rock chips & nicks as well, but OK. 5-2 MINOR door dings on the passenger side front & rear doors (1-each), but OK. You probably wouldnt see them unless I told you. 6-Right side reverse light lens cover cracked. cost $25.00 7-Rear plastic license plate mount damaged. cost $100.00 8-3rd brake light lens cover cracked. cost $25.00 9-2 small spots in the paint on the tailgate, but OK. 10-3 or 4 small spots on the rear bumper cover, but OK. All damaged indicated in pictures. NO MORE SURPRISES!!! $300 worth of reconditioning needed, unless you refinish the hood at another $350, $650 TOTAL. I have also used it to pull a 2-horse trailer for our horses to ride on the beach here. The 4.7 litre DOHC engine is a workhorse, and can tow close to 10,000 lbs.
