In rare station wagon form it was virtually a road-going luxury suite, with plenty of room and quality materials inside. The wagons were not built in large numbers; 1170 to be exact. A massive vehicle that already stands out in today’s traffic, providing lots of comfort for the road. The popular (and relatively new in ’64) 413ci Wedge engine and push-button operated Torqueflite transmission keep this big New Yorker cruising easily at highway speeds and help it approach full use of the 120mph speedometer.
