For auction on ebay is my 1971 Dodge Challenger. This car was recently painted Black (6 months ago) and looks great. Has new Black R/T stripes down the side and on the hood. Very cool triple black look! Has Go Wing spoiler out back. New front and rear bumpers recently installed. Grille is in beautiful condition, which is a problem with most 71's. Rear tail light panel painted like the R/Ts. R/T hood and side scoops as well, along with hood pins. Interior was done about 8 months ago and is still very nice. Nice carpet, Cloth seat covers, package tray, dash cap and headliner. Door panels are OK as they are original and show some inperfections but not terrible. Factory rallye wheels with new caps. Brake are all new with new brake booster/master cylinder, wheel cylinders and shoes. Motor is a 318 that was built to 340 specs and has all the looks and performance of a 340, down to the 340 pie tin. Motor has 4bbl Edelbrock carb, manifold and a nice cam. The motor is very strong and reliable. Lots of new parts on the motor. Front and rear lights work, wipers work, gauges work as they should including the gas gauge. New horns installed. Glass is all good and windows roll up and down fine. New muffler/resonator installed. Body is very solid. Very tough to find original solid body Challengers. This is a CA car. It still has its original trunk floor as well!! The center trunk floor has some pitting from the past. Por 15 was put over it at some time but could use some detailing to be perfect. The floors and frame is perfect on the car. This is a great entry level Challenger if you can't afford the 35-40k big block R/T. Im sure I'm missing something so please ask any questions on the car. The car is not a perfect car but something you can drive and be proud of. The car was meant to be driven and is not a rotisserie restoration. Alot of time however has been put into the car to make it as you see it now. Currently I'm out of work , so its time to sell the toys. The car will be put on a no reserve auction.
