Vehicle Detail

1967 Ford Mustang Fastback VERY RARE FIND IN THIS CONDITION The VIN # is 7T02C185907 My husband bought this car In December 1994 in Cincinnati. The vehicle is in good condition and runs very well. There has never been any problems with the engine since we have owned it. The body was redone and repainted in 2007. There are some minor cosmetic things that need replacement or to be fixed. The dash has a crack in it, the outside driver side door handle needs to be fixed, the passenger side window handle needs repair and the trim around the windsheild needs to be glued back down on the passenger side. The car had 73,289 miles on it when we purchased in in 1994. It now has 84,000 miles. It has been garage kept. We have had tons of questions, offers and requests for more photos since we listed this yesterday afternoon. We will be taking more photos today and posting as many as we can. Very specific photographs will be emailed separately. As far as we know, the body and the engine is original. We will confirm the number on the engine block but we are fairly certain the numbers match. 289 4BBL; dual exhaust, power steering, new rubber all around. Please feel free to ask questions. SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY, PLEASE. Paypal deposit required and balance due by cash in hand or cashier's check. Winning bidder is responsible for picking up the vehicle. No shipping options available. On Mar-12-11 at 06:25:27 PST, seller added the following information: NOTE: The carburetor was replaced with a 4BBL from the original 2BBLOn Mar-12-11 at 15:24:33 PST, seller added the following information:The mileage was originally listed at 84,000 but it is actually 75,224 (I have included a new pic of the odometer. That means the car has been driven less than 2000 miles since 1994 Also, I have been told by several folks claiming to be restoration professionals that this car can be restored and be sold for $40 to $60K. As I mentioned, there are minor cosmetic repairs needed but these are simple fixes for professionals, I would expect. My husband bought this car to "have fun" because it is arguably one of the coolest cars ever made. We have done our very best to be honest and accurate with every detail and description but we are not experts on Mustangs. We will try to answer all questions and provide extra pictures when requested but we are not willing to tear up carpet to get shots of floorboards, etc. When the car was re-painted and tuned up in 2007, we were told that the parts were original (except for the 4BBL that we replaced) and that there was nothing that needed to be replaced. We were told it was in great shape. Since we are not experts, this is as much as we know. If we cannot answer your questions to your satisfaction or provide the pictures you want, please do not bid. We will NOT renegotiate after the auction is over. Please be advised. Thanks so much.On Mar-14-11 at 03:42:16 PDT, seller added the following information:International bidders must pay within 72 hours via Paypal only. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling.
