Here is a very nice looking Light Silver Metallic 2001 Audi A6 2.8L Quattro Avant. It has a LOT of miles: 268,931, but this car is definately one of the nicest in the country with this many miles. I buy and sell cars to get though college and I just recently bought this car with the intention of selling it and it is a beautiful car. I drive a lot of Audis and I buy a lot of Audis and this is a good one. There are a few small scratches around the exterior but that is to be expected with a car with this many miles. There is only one bigger scrape and it's small. It is in one of the pictures that I have on here. The previous owner was a very smart and careful man and he has a complete logbook of the maintenance from 20,000 miles up to now with all the reciepts which is almost 2 inches thick. The car will come with ALL of the ORIGINAL keys and the ORIGINAL owners manual with the ORIGINAL window sticker and the ORIGINAL radio code card. The interior (along with the leather on every seat) is in great shape with no cracks or cuts at all and has the Bose sound system. It has a little bit of an exhaust leak but there is no other mechanical issues. The previous owner said the check engine light has been on for a very long time and has not affected the car at all. I have driven a lot of Audis and they almost always have the check engine light on even if the car is fine but the car drives great and the transmission still shifts just like it should. The car does not burn oil or smell like oil and the true Audi enthusiasts that really know these cars would say that the 2.8L motor is one of the best motors to buy. In October of 2009 the car had its third timing belt and water pump done. I would drive this car anywhere in the country and I will pick you up from the airport and you can drive it home if you wish. So in summary: This is a very nice, well- maintained all-wheel drive Audi A6 that will drive anywhere in the country and as long as you continue taking good care of this car you will get a lot more enjoyment out of it.
