My son and i put this car together to go to the nostalgia drags ,we had fun with it for alot of years but it hasn't been on the track for five years + It has a 1970 455 buick with the turbo 400 auto .Both are stock but tuned well it runs in the mid 13's. The rear end is a ford dana 60 with 356 gears,the frontend is stock 50 chev so it has ford pu bolt pattern in the rear and chev car in the front, the brakes a also stock with line locks . no power steering or power brakes. There is no cage and only lap belts,it has a new hurst floor shifter and a dragin tack with the shift light. we did up grade the ignition to an HEI The fuel tank is a 16 gal with a guage the battery is in the trunk.The door panels and the rear seat blank are aluminum sheet . Our goal was to build it into a gasser but it's time to move on. with a wiring harness this could be a lead sled . Also the rear fenders have been extended out 2" on each side to make room for the 12" slicks. the tires will probably need replaced due to the length of time it has sat.
