Look at this 1983 Eldorado Biarritz closely. This car is show ready and has always been garaged kept by me. The paint was stripped to bare metal and professionally painted and looks way better than when it was new. Everyone knows about GM,s horrible paint job during these years and they all developed crows feet (or the cracks in the paint) after only a few years which is why we had it stripped to bare metal before we had it painted. We paid $5500 for the paint job alone about year ago. It stays in the garage and never driven in rain or snow and used for car shows and some local driveing. All the bumper fillers were also replaced during the paint job. All chrome including the door handles were removed so there is no overspray on any chrome. The bumpers were also removed for the paint job. The interior is mint with no rips in the leather or no cracks on the dash. The carpet still looks new and the rear seats appear to never have been used along with the passengers front seat. The trunk is even as mint as the rest of the car. The car is equipped with the RollsRoyce grill, rear trunk mounted continental kit and the real Star Wire wheel know as elbows, swangas or 83's or 84's. These wheels are the ones originally installed by Cadillac during these years for an option of $4k and to buy a set now if you can find one is around $2500 even on ebay if you find the front wheel drive starwire which are the only ones that will work on these models. This car runs and drives as it should and does only have 48k original miles and all options work including the power pull down trunk and cruise control. This car is a real head turner. It has a new wiper motor and brakes. This car is show ready and needs nothing.
