Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE 1963 Chevrolet Corvair Spyder Turbo Convertible White with black interior and white top I believe but can't document I am third or fourth owner, I have been able to trace ownership back around 20+years --- I believe this is a low mileage car, but cannot document the mileage Car has spent its life in Oregon, California and Arizona and is rust free with fresh repaint- Engine was rebuilt by previous owner Engine Block #T0914YR, I contacted the owner (a mechanic on Oregon). He purchased the car from a gentlemen who drove the car a few times, then parked it in his warehouse, then sold it to the mechanic) who told me he completely rebuilt the engine and transmission, I have his contact info. I also just had the car in the local Corvair repair facility, where they replaced the wiring harnesses, coil and regulator. The car was put up on a lift and they confirmed the body and undercarriage were straight and rust free--unfortunately I do not have pictures, they are quite a distance from my house Transmission shifts great, throwout bearing squeaks occasionally if car has been sitting, however is normally fine Brakes are good, recently inspected Orig generator is still in the car Engine shroud is chromed, as is air filter assembly (from a later model) Tires are new radials with less than 100 miles Small paint chip in the RF wheel well (see photo) and on the rear hood The vinyl on the seats, door panels and rear panels are in excellent condition Dash pad is excellent, new chrome instrument cluster bezel, I still have the original stainless steel bezel (some slight pitting but not bad), all gauges work, car even has an ignition alarm Original 63 push-button radio, not hooked up, has some slight pitting on face Rebuilt Motorola 8 track, working, comes with a box of tapes Top is in excellent condition with new vinyl boot Trunk has a couple of stains from a cheap trunk mat used by previous owner (mat that had gotten wet) I wiped off the surface stains, easy clean and fix, but have yet to touched up the paint New rear bumper, front bumper very nice, rest of chrome is exc to driver quality, I also replaced the fuel sending gauge Windshield has two small scratches on driver side Car has a manual top, the power top mechanics were stolen while in shop (long story), I had manual mechanism (springs) put in place (top is always down anyway), however electronics\wiring and switches are there for a power top On Mar-05-11 at 13:13:26 PST, seller added the following information: Please note: the radio antennae is broken My cell phone number is 602 717 8742 if you have questions
