For your consideration is a 1995 BMW 525i sedan in black color with tan leather interior. This car has mileage at 162,275. I have owned the vehicle since I bought it at 31,000 miles. The sedan has tan leather interior in very good condition except for the driver's seat which really is the only seat used. The drivers seat has a 4 inch split horizontally where your thigh would go as you can see from the pic. The driver arm rest leather has cracked as well. Other than that, the interior of the car is pretty darn good for a 16 year old car. The passenger seat looks new as does the rear bench seat. Passenger arm rest looks new. The dash has no cracks. The factory radio works like new. The dash computer works as new. The AC is ice cold. The heat works as new. Has factory BMW floor mats. Has BMW BBS wheels in good condition with minor curb scrapes. 2 new tires just put on last week. Car has the BMW factory alarm under the rear seat but I have lost the key fob remote, all you need is this which you can get from a BMW dealer and have it programmed and you are good to go. Has the original BMW key with light on it. Car runs very well. Sunroof has no leaks and works as it should. Car does have a few dings as any 16 year old car would but nothing to embarrass anyone. The trunk lid has faded as has the rear bumper top. Other than that, the paint looks good. No rust anywhere!!! Has all the original BMW tools in the trunk. Full size spare tire. Headliner has no stains or rips. Factory fog lights work. I have some of the service records that were done at a dealer but not all I am sure. I have the original BMW manuals and black vinyl case. Trunk lining has no staining. Belts were changed about 6 months ago. Has all jacks and tire changing gear. As you can see from the pics, it also has the very hard to find cup holder that attaches to the center console. Cigarette lighter never used. No smoking in the car ever. Car has professionally installed window tint. The car has served me very well over the years with little or no trouble at all. But as with any older car there are some needs and I will list them here:The car starts up on the first turn every morning. I have found this to be finicky car though through the years, while she starts every time, every now and then she needs a few turns of the key to get started. But she always starts. I have taken it to 3 BMW dealers and replaced starters and other parts but it still does it and no one can figure it out. One dealer told me that all BMW's have a couple of quirks and that was this one!It does need 2 front struts. I cannot see a coolant leak but I do add coolant every 3 weeks or so. The dash light will come on when it gets low. I need to add power steering fluid and will do so this weekend. Rear driver window goes down but does not come up unless you hold the glass to help it. Most likely just needs the track serviced. Glove box closes but needs to be firmly attached. Brakes are very good and has great pedal. As you can see, there is nothing major to this car, just some TLC and some mechanical fixes and you will have a great car for many more miles. Car can be driven as is but with some mechanical work probably less than $1000, it would last you another 100K miles. You can buy this car to drive or you can buy this car to take apart as there are so many desirable parts to sell off individually. Car is in north Atlanta area and will need to be picked up. I would not even venture to know how to arrange delivery. Of course, you can get it at my home and drive away with your winning bid. I am only selling as I have made another car purchase and don't need this one but I still drive it around daily. I really hate to let it go but I have no more garage space.
