Vehicle Detail

Due to upcoming home purchase I must part ways with this fun 5.0. I am the second owner of this car and have owned this car since 1996. I purchased the car in 1996 and put 20,000 miles on the car in the first year. Since 1997 I have only put 30,000 miles on the car. The car mainly sits in the garage covered. During the winter months the car is on a battery tender and is occasionally started. (like in the pictures.) The paint, top, engine, and transmission are original. The paint is in pretty good condition for it's age with minor chips from the road. The top of the passenger side fender has a minor ding from a box that fell on it while it was stored for the winter. (go figure). There is also a minor dent under the hood protector on the hood that occurred when someone backed into it while it was getting serviced at Ford. (go figure again.) My plan was originally to install an aftermarket hood so I never got the dent popped out. The ground effects are in pretty good shape with some marks around the tail pipes and up front along the bottom where the fog lamps are. Again this is normal wear and tear for a car this age. Not bad at all for a black car that is 18 years old. I have made several upgrades to the car over the years which include: 5 lug conversion kit 13" Cobra R disk brakes 17x9.5 Chrome Cobra R rims 3:73s BBK cold air intake Aluminum radiator Flex-Lite Electric Fan Under drive pulleys Caster caster camber plates New Clutch (less than 3,000 miles ago) Rear main seal replaced (less than 3,000 miles ago) New starter (less than 3,000 miles ago) Upgraded alternator New hoses (less than 5,00 miles ago) New windshield (less than 5,000 miles ago) BBK shorty headers BBK H-Pipe with high flow cats Flowmaster 2 chamber exhaust Upgraded Headlights (less than 3,000 miles ago) Top is is good shape and goes up and down. I replaced the latches which were $200 each! It will need new recepticals for the J-hooks. I have all the receipts from 1996 to present. The vast majority of oil changes I performed myself with synthetic oil. The engine to my knowledge has never been opened. Stock intake, value covers, and heads. That would have been probably next on my list to upgrade. In 1997 I upgraded the stereo. But since that was so long ago the stereo system could be upgraded again. Right now it has a Pioneer head unit (cassette. yes I'm dating myself), all replaced interior speakers (it's been so long I can't remember what I upgraded them to. Kicker or Pioneer?) And I have a Kicker Solobaric 12" in the trunk which is showing it's age. The amp is Urban. While it sounds OK surely you wouldn't be purchasing the car for the stereo. I'm looking to find a good home for this car. It could be fun to keep it as is or with just some bolts on's this thing would be a beast. Please email me any questions about this car. I would be open to a trade. I'm looking for a Grand Marquis, Crown Victoria, or Lincoln Town car. I may end the auction early as the car is also up for sale locally. $500.00 deposit due within 24 hours. Full payment due within 7 days unless we made other arrangements.
