Affordable Luxury at only 109,000 miles... This vehicle will be sold this week, because there is no reserve. Bid with absolute confidence and here is why: This is an Acura TL / clear title that is in very good condition. I am the second owner of this vehicle and have had it since it had 76,000 miles on it. The first owner was an old couple in Florida that barely ever drove it and apparantly took meticulous care of it. The car outlived them and thats when I got it. After putting 33K miles on it I have gotten to know this car very well. It runs great and I have only had to do scheduled maintenance on it. This has been the nicest car I have owned. It is a 2000 but still a luxury car. ENGINE / TRANSMISSION Condition- runs great!! At 100,000 miles I had the timing belt replaced, so its good for another 80-100K miles. While doing that they went ahead and replaced all the other belts and did the 100K mile maintenance - I have records of this from the Acura Specialists. I just changed the oil last week and put in, like always, full synthetic oil. No funny sounds at all from the engine and she purrs very quiet. Its a V-6 VTEC premium high performance engine. Although I drive like an old man, this car can be VERY fast and has extraordinary thrust. I have traveled a lot with this car and she runs even better at cruising speed ~ 70-80mph. Never had an issue with the transmission at all. Still shifts perfectly smooth, and had the tranmission flushed when I did the scheduled maintenance at 100K miles. Gas Mileage - is 28 on the highway and 18 in the city, so pretty decent. When cruising there is very little outsuide/highway noise which I love. BODY - Tinted windows and still in very good shape. Nothing major or noticeable other than slight scratches or nicks that you would expect on a 2000 vehicle. Very shiny clear coat still gleams under lights. Slight oxidation on the trunk covering a 2 x 8 inch area but you really have to look for it to notice it (its in the pics if you can tell). The car fax says it had a minor bender many years ago, and way before I owned it. The bumper was re-painted and nothing under the hood was effected at all. The title remained clear and still is. Sun-roof is also a great bonus for those nice spring days we are about to enjoy. INTERIOR - Tan leather and still in very good shape. Full leather interior with heated front seats. The leather looks great. There are 3 punctures in the leather - 1 on the driver's seat and 2 in the back seat (included in the pics). They were there when I bought the vehicle, and have not spread. Very small and barely noticeable. Premium BOSE sound system with cd player and cassette player as well. The navigation unit works like its supposed to and I use it all the time. There is some plastic cover wrapping that was not taken off of it when it was installed and still needs to be taken off (included in the pics). I never did it because I didn't feel it was important. The rear view mirror used to have automatic darkening for late night driving. Since before I got the vehicle it is on the dark position and won't come off (included in pics). I still see everything clearly in the rear-view and it has never been an issue with me. SAFETY FEATURES- This car was on the cutting edge of safety when it was released. Side impact and front airbags that have NEVER been deployed, traction control system that automatically corrects if you start skidding, and an ABS system that is in perfect shape. The blueish xenon head lights are very bright for night time driving. The front tires have about 5 - 10,000 miles left. Overall a wonderful vehicle that will make someone very happy. I am convinced that this car will last to over 200K miles, with the way she has run. My step-father had the same model car that lasted to over 280K and he gave it to his daughter and she is still driving it. Great touring vehicle that loves the highway and very comfortable, safe, and quiet. Could make a great 1st car or just a good affordable luxury car that someone wants to feel comfort and style while they drive. As you can see, I have been very detailed with this car so there are no surprises when you see it. Only very trivial issues with this car and they are listed above.
