I am listing this car for my brother. It is a nice 1999 VW V6 passat that is not running. It would not start the other day so we had it towed to a shop and they said it sounds like the timing belt. He is not going to have it fixed as he can't afford it (currently in college). This car is SOLD AS IS WHERE IS!!! It is located in Clinton MA 01510. The shop also said that it might also have done some damage to the engine when the timing belt went. He also said it that the abs light came on a day before this happened.
