1969 Ford Torino, ‘Formal Roof’ two door hardtop. 302ci V8, automatic transmission. Built at Kansas City Factory. Solid and complete but needs full restoration. Some rust on the inside rear quarter panels and bottom rear roofline (was a vinyl roof car). An excellent base for restoration, rod, racer, etc. Engine turns over but is currently not running. Disc brake conversion. No title. $1,000 OBO. The car had a vinyl roof, so there are some small rusted areas just below the rear window above the trunk. Also on the interior rear quarter panels (underneath) – outer fenders OK. The trunk lock has been punched. Floor boards and rails are solid. The left front fender below the beltline (ahead of wheel well) is bent slightly. This should be easily repairable. Otherwise pretty straight. Glass is all complete and in good shape, no cracks, etc. This was an Alabama car, and titles were not issued on cars by that State until 1975.
