1976 Jeep Wagoneer 360V8 4x4 auto trans with low range, factory luggage rack and cruise control. Vehicle is from Eastern MT, where it sat in a barn for 3-5 years. Before MT it was in SD. Motor runs well. It has a new starter, alternator and solenoid installed. Key ignition works in the "on " position, but does not turn motor over when key is put to "start" I have not had time to trace the electrical problem. I normally jump the solenoid. The rest of the wiring appears to work well. Brake lights, headlight high/low markers and turn signals all work. From the pictures you can see the rear quarter panels are rusted out, the rockers are ok, some rust bubbles, nothing majorly bad. Bottom of doors have a few spots of bubbled paint from rust. Needs new motor mounts and trans mounts. The engine is completely torn out of one mount, causing the shifter linkage to pop out of position and transfer case shift into neutral when engine is run hard but not in normal use. No damage has been done to any linkage, sheet metal or casings from this. Brake peddle is stiff, but brakes do work. 4x4 works as well. Interior is rough and the center dash compartment door is missing. Has both original orange plaid front and rear seats. Rear door of vehicle is from another Wagoneer, glass used to move freely, now it gets hung up. I’m assuming it slipped the track. This vehicle is all original and never been restored or cosmetically fixed, thus you can expect it to show 35 years of wear. Not sure of original mileage, I am assuming the odometer has rolled over once. Vehicle has to go, too many projects and too little space for them all! Battery not included.
