This is a very clean Interceptor. I purchased in 2009 along with a 2002 Interceptor to do a motorcycle trip to Big Bend for my 40th birthday with a friend from South Africa who is also an enthusiast. He had never ridden a “sport bike”, especially for 2000 miles. He is a large man at 6’3” and 200 lbs, but praised the bike as the most comfortable road bike he has ever ridden – not surprising if you know Interceptors. He is going to be upset that I am selling it. I've included some photos of the bike on the trip - hopefully to inspire one of you to not only purchase the bike, but to take take a trip to Big Bend on it. Awesome time. Since the trip, it has gotten little use other than “maintenance” rides that I’ve done to keep the cobwebs off of it. Prior to the trip, I did a full service on the bike, new tires, chain, battery, air filter, and brake pads. Bike is stock and has been adult ridden. Never laid down. Paint perfect for its age.
