After 10 wonderful years, the engine on my 2001 Chrysler Sebring convertible has died. I am not willing to pay the expense of a new or rebuilt engine especially since my mechanic says that the transmission looks like it's about to go up too. The CD changer also is broken although the radio and cassette player work. As a result, I am selling this car in strictly AS IS condition with no representations or warranties whatsoever. The Autocheck description of the vehicle is incorrect, it has been in a couple of accidents over the 10 years I've owned it so there has been repainting. Not that it should matter much now, but wanted to be accurate. Please: if you have any questions, ask me. You buy it, you haul it away. On Feb-16-11 at 08:49:58 PST, seller added the following information: EDIT: 2/16/11. Apparently the mechanic could get the car started but the engine has a bad knock as stated in answer to one of the questions below. Also, I forgot the mileage when I was doing the listing so to be on the safe side I guessed high and overestimated the mileage. I am a non-smoker and I never let anyone who was a smoker light up inside.
