Vehicle Detail

It is with great reluctance that I am listing this car for sale, but it's time to cut back on our collection and find a new home for this beauty. Well, here you go, thought we'd try this again, had several offers around $52K after the listing closed,,, I believe the car is worth more, so will put it out on the market with no reserve and let the market decide what the car is really worth.... This is a numbers matching very low mileage real deal 71 383 Cuda. Original window sticker is with the car, and it is a real factory executive car, all the details are spelled out that prove that it was originally delivered to a Chrysler executive in the Parts Division in Detroit. Govier documentation including registry and fender tags decoding, it is a two tag car. Rare options are elastomeric bumpers front and rear, rear window defogger, and air conditioning. Also has the black and white houndstooth interior which is beautiful. It has power disc brakes, power steering, light group, and 70 amp battery. This car is rock solid, and mechanically sound. You could hop in and drive anywhere without a worry. We have put a couple thousand miles on it in the years we've owned it. It is a show winner everywhere it goes! There is a number transposition on the cowl stamping, which I've seen a couple of times on e bodies, and in fact have another car with the same instance, but it is the real deal, I assure you, all other numbers are spot on. The black billboards were added on by a previous owner, there a couple of door chips in the decal on the driver side and a couple of other scratches in the larger ones on the quarters. I have a brand new set from Performance Car Graphics which go with the car, I just haven't had time to replace them. The paint job is the first repaint on the original paint, and is probably twenty plus years ago when it was done. It has a few chips here and there, so it's not perfect. It is a strikingly beautiful 71 Cuda! This car had a build date of July 9, 1971 so it is a very late build 71 model. It was on the cover of the July 1992 edition of "Performance for the Chrysler Car Enthusiast" magazine, a copy of the cover is with the car. I think that's about the time it was repainted, but am not totally sure of it. In answer to questions received, here are the vin tag codes: M25 M31 M88 N41 N42 CTD + J45 J54 L25 L31 M21 + C55 G15 G36 H31 H51 J25 FE5 U A01 A22 A62 B51 FE5 H5X9 000 709 030724 E65 D32 BS23 N1B 451538 Second Tag: N85 P31 R11 26 EN2 BS23 N1B 451538 In answer to additional questions I have added some pictures of the dash, odometer reading, two fender tags on the car, and of Govier documentation and Original Factory Window Sticker/Monroney Label
