What a Beast This truck is a Beauty - Great Lines and Awesome shape. Runs great but while it does have a 4 Wheel Drive transmission does not have front Drive shaft. Previous Owner stated that would be easy to replace - I often see them here on ebay, but for my needs never pursued. I admit my reason for buying is that this is such a great looking Truck in good condition. The Body is Straight - only minor dings and some rust spots around doors and Drip lines. Needs a great paint job and refurbish of original adjustable seat which is in my garage and included in sale. Current seat is not the original. I have bought since purchasing the truck last year an original Rear Bumper - Very unusual to see one of these with BOTH original Front and Rear Bumpers. Each bumper has a minor bend but not really noticeable without further inspection. Also bought New Old stock pair of Wipers - with new Blades. Re-print of Owner's Manual - also included. Has had the Alternator Replaced within the past year. Tranny appears to work fine - though the zones of switching gears are tight and require some experience - but it's a THRILL to drive. A major rush with all the Power this thing has - it has original gear Ratio. So why am I selling? Time has come to pass on to someone who has the knowledge or money to restore properly. I admit I am no mechanic. But a collector of cool objects and this is one of my favorites to date. You really have to see this truck in person to appreciate the beauty of it's Design and the awesome sound of it running. Starts pretty well. Not always on first turn of the key but it has never failed me - Unlike a neighbor of mine who has a Truck that takes him like 5 minutes to start his and he leaves for work around 3am! Poor guy. Someone out there can make this truck the beauty she once was - and it's fine to drive as is until restoration. Ask me any questions - I have a great record here on ebay and will answer any questions to the best of my ability - but remember I'm limited in the mechanical details. I also purchased original shop manuals and keys which will discuss with buyer before listing for sale. Also purchased NOS handles and replaced window seals on both sides. There is one tiny ding in Front glass - but my glass guy advised waiting to replace - and even the replacement was only a few hundred dollars - but I prefer the original glass. Breaks are fine and Tire appear to have good tread remaining. The wheels are not original but I personally think the look fine. As this truck only counts up to 99,000 miles I can not say what the true Milage is - but if I were to bet it would more likely be more than the current gauge. Good Luck!
