1955 CHEVROLET 2 - DOOR POST I AM LISTING THIS FOR MY FRIEND HE BOUGHT THE CAR A FEW MONTHS AGO LAST YEAR, AND HAS DECIDED HE WANTS TO UPGRADE TO AN ALL OUT SHOW CAR TRAILER QUEEN. THIS IS A 55 CHEVY WITH A CHEVY 350 MOTOR AND A 4 SPEED TRANS. THE CAR WAS RESTORED IN THE LATE 90's HE WAS TOLD. THE MOTOR WAS REBUILT SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND IS A STRONG RUNNING CHEVY 350, THE TRANS SHIFT GOOD BUT I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I PERSONALLY DROVE THE CAR ABOUT 90-100 MILES. THE CAR HAS HEADERS (THAT DON'T LEAK) AND GOOD SOUNDING DUAL EXHUAST WITH CHROME TIPS OUT THE REAR. THE CAR ALSO HAS A FRONT DISC BRAKE CONVERSION ON IT WITH DRUMS ON THE REAR, CAR BRAKES GOOD. THE CAR HAS A NEWER (70's-80's) TILT STEERING COLUMN BUT IT STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL MANUAL STEERING. THE CAR HAS A NEW PAINLESS WIRING HARNESS IN IT, SO NO ELECTIRICAL ISSUES. ALSO HAS A AM/FM CD PLAYER WITH 4 PIONEER SPEAKERS, 2-6.5" IN THE DOORS AND 8" IN THE REAR DECK AND A POWER ANTENNA IN REAR. THE CAR HAS HAD A POWER SEAT INSTALLED (WORKS) WITH A 2-TONE TAN INTERIOR. THE PAINT IS OLDER STILL HAS A GREAT SHINE, IT IS DAILY DRIVER AND HAS BEEN DRIVEN SO THERE ARE CHIPS/NICKS ETC. I WOULD RATE IT 7 - 10. THE CHROME BUMPERS AND BEZELS ARE GREAT, THE INTERIOR CHROME IS NEW AND HAS A BILLET DASH THE CAR I WAS TOLD CAME OUT OF TEXAS.
