1975 Suzuki RM

This is for the collector, or the restorer. This is quite rare in the US. I made this from parts across America. I will hate myself later.....This is a 1975 Suzuki RM125 'S' project, not an 'M'. The 'S' was made later in 1975 to answer to the faster competitors. The frame number is from an 'M' model but is the same frame for the'S', that did not change except for the serial numbers. The engine case number is a RM125 'M', but it is the same cases used on the 'S'model also. What makes this an 'S' model project? 1. The cylinder is ported differently than the 'M' model, 6 hand worked ports, it is a larger cylinder. 2. The head is larger for better cooling. 3. The carb on the 'S' is quite larger for more performance 4. A higher performance exhaust pipe was used on the 'S' model, I have a custom made Race Pipe by Eric at Maico's Only in Southern California, on it. 5. A different intake manifold and air cleaner boot were necessary, they are on this bike already. Other than that , this is your basic RM 125 Downpipe Suzuki 1975, a really gorgeous bike. I will not get to this bike either, it took two years to find these parts. AVAILABLE TO THE WINNING BIDDER : Bike and Parts pictured, which include NOS Cable Set, New Sprocket, New Piston for the 'S', NOS Clutch cover, NOS Front Sprocket Cover, spare CDI Unit, and necessary nuts and bolts to complete the job, RM Manual. I really do not want to sell it, but I will restore a Bultaco Matador instead, no money for both!! I'm not giving this away though, Thanks for your interest. I like my customers happy. Wheels are fine, frame is straight, seat pan is excellent...Plastics are still available. Needs TLC ,tires ,and chain..... Great project bike for an RM Guy! NO RESERVE OVER HERE!
