2007 Dodge Caliber. It was a salvage vehicle but has been rebuilt. The quality of workmanship is questionable at best, but it is a perfectly drivable vehicle. The paint looks like it has sand in it at places and the body work is not straight. One of the rear seatbelts doesn't work. I am under the impression that the airbags were deployed and not properly repaired, as the airbag light is on and won't go off. The car has a rebuilt title. The plastic trim along the roof corners has not been installed. The trim is there, but I've been told there is a piece missing. The weather stripping has not been replaced on the right rear passenger door, but the weatherstripping is here and ready for installation. The good news is that this is a low mileage vehicle that runs rather well. I've driven it down the road at over 70 miles per hour and it tracks straight and drives well. Engine runs great and transmission shifts wonderfully. It is not pretty, but it is a great driver. This should make someone with a paper or mail route, or someone who just needs good basic inexpensive transportation, a great vehicle. It has a six disc in dash CD player, that works well. The cruise control lights come on, but it doesn't work. I don't know if it is hooked up under the hood or not. Everything else on the vehicle seems to work fine. I really don't know about the accident or repairs, so I won't be able to tell you much. This vehicle belonged to a friend who purchased the vehicle to repair, then passed away.
