I bought this scooter approximately 10 years ago in Soragna, Parma, Italy. It had recently been restored by reknown Italian motorcycle restorer Roberto Sommi. It has no issues and has just benefitted from a tune-up. Comes with a clear Massachusetts title. Having a baby so my scooter days are over. It's been garaged in my heated office since the summer. I'm not a Vespa expert but I'll do my best to answer any questions.
