Vehicle Detail

1971 Dodge Charger 318 Engine, Automatic transmission, Green on Green, Black Vinyl Half-Top, black rear spoiler, and a new front air dam is included but not installed. I bought the car two and a half years ago. The guy I bought it from said he had just rebuilt the 318. I can'tprove anything, but I have no reason to doubt him. The engine runs well, but the car has been blocked and stored at my parents house near Monterey for the last six months. I have clear title, and the car is registered in Oregon. I have redone the interior myself, i.e. new seat covers, new carpet, new headliner, new TUFF steering wheel, and I added a rally gauge cluster. The door panels are refinished with new arm rests and arm rest bases. The dash pad is original but in pretty bad shape, I have a new green plastic dash cover that's included. The car looks allright considering it's the original paint job. But it really needs a new one. The bottom had a rust issue in just one location. Right under the driver pedals. I didn't have the tools needed to do a proper welded repair, but I did cut out the rust, primer and paint it, and then riveted a plate over the hole. Also included is a 440 engine that needs a complete rebuild. You can take it or leave it. I have a cherry picker to load it if desired. The car has had some electrical problems, like maintaining a charge, I rewired it to install the Rally cluster. And everything worked for a couple of months. I had lent the car to my brother and it died on him one day. The tow driver put a new battery in it and it made it home just fine, and thats when it was parked and blocked. So a new battery may be all it needs. It will run to get it on a trailer, or take it for a test drive, but I don't recommend trying to drive it any distance. I'll be available to assist in getting it on the trailer. Email me if you have any questions. The names Drew. Car is sold as is, with no warranty.
