To start with this car was gone through mechanically from one end to the other, its unbelievable how much money was put into this car and from the looks of it were probably done within the last 500 miles. The front end was rebuilt including new ball joints, bushings, axes with boots, new brakes, calipers, exhaust manifolds, carburetor overhaul, springs, shocks, muffler system, radiator and more on the mechanical side of it. This car is absolutely one of the sweetest running Cadillacs we have had, it idles smoothly is exceptionally fast, shifts as its supposed to, when the accelerator peddle is pressed the transmission back shifts as its supposed to. The car stops straight and drives straight. We have driven the car approximately 200 miles and thats all thats on the tires. The car has been repainted and a new top installed before we got the car, the interior was never sat it, completely re done and never used except for the 200 miles since we got it. The interior was done beautifully, the seats, carpets and front door panels were redone, the back panel has a crack in it as does the dash pad. The car has tilt telescopic wheel, sentinel, automatic dimming, cruise control, am/fm stereo, rear window de fog, trunk release, power locks, 6 way seat. It looks like a lot of the chrome was re chromed or NOS, the grille is beautiful the bumpers are shiny and pit free as is most of the other chrome on the car. Everyone who sees the car is absolutely awed at how great it looks. The paint job on it is just so so and I would expect to give it another paint job at some point but as a daily driver it works well for now. The car was sold after it had been abandoned at or impounded by the shop where all this work was being done. The car has a clear re-builder title on it as this was the procedure to get the car licensed and back on the road. The car came originally from Kansas City and has some typical rust issues for a car from that area, which were dealt with when the car was repainted. I can see where the bottom of the fender and some of the inner wheel well housing has been repaired. I would say that the floor pans, trunk & frame is solid with just the areas in the fender and wheel well housing. The windshield has a small 4" crack at the bottom, big cities can usually sell these for about $150 installed. There is a very small tear in the headliner at the edge and as said previously a crack in the rear panel.
