In the late 1970's my friend and I raced many mopar 's. This car is an original 1969 Dodge Dart GTS. 340. It is with its original matching engine block that is standard bore. This car was sitting in my warehouse for more than 20 years. I demolished my shop and turned my warehouse into a 9,000 square foot Machine Shop. We have always wanted to restore this car, but I have closed my shop and am willing to part with this car. If you check engine casting # on side of block is 2780930-340-7 . Stamping #'s on side of block is as follows - DW340P25740359. Stamping # on ridge of block near oil pan are as follows - LS23P9B103743. I have known this car since very early 70's. It is an original automatic car light blue with white GTS Stripe around trunk and quarter panels. In the late 70's we painted it with Midnight Blue Metallic. Car is missing passenger door and hood. Have had every mopar freak that goes by my shop wanting to buy this vehicle. Due to failing economy , closure of my Machine Shop, and my health problems, I have been forced to let go and sell our Dart. This would be a rewarding project for someone who has time money and patience. I guarantee engine ID # and VIN # Matches. Drivers seat still good. After passenger door stolen has frame of passenger seat only. Has 8 3/4 housing in tac. Punkin gone. Car has been outside , but engine block has been in shop since removed 1980. Added picture of passenger floorboard. Also inspected rear frame, looked good. I looked at frame above front wheel spindels, there might be a couple of soft spots there.
