At 130,115 miles, the 3.3 liter V6 engine still purrs quietly and through the 4 speed automatic transmission, propels this Chrysler effortlessly in all driving conditions. This car is a single owner car and has been extremely well cared for and meticulously maintained. Purchased, owned, and operated in the state of California, this car is completely rust and corrosion free. As one might come to expect from a car 20 years old, there are some minor areas that are not show room perfect. The windshield, as well as the front grille area and headlight covers have some small rock chips that were aquired through the journey of life this car has traveled so far. The seat belts have signs of use and a cover for the left rear door courtesy light will not stay in place. On cold days prior to the car arriving at normal operating condition, when applying the brakes, the Brake and ABS light will illuminate briefly (1-2 seconds) and then turn off. Other than those ever so minor issues, everything in the car operates exactly as it should, all windows work, ac works, power options, and even the automatic lowering device for the trunk lid. Part of the Chrysler line for many years, Imperial became a separate line of cars for a number of years and by 1990 was again the flagship of the Chrysler lineup. From 1990 to 1993 the Chrysler Imperial was an elegant and extremely well equipped luxury car with a distinctive crisp edged design that was evocative of earlier designs of the classic era. Closely related to the Chrysler New Yorker Fifth Avenue, the Imperial featured a classic-looking vertical grille, a formal roofline providing better rear seat headroom, and the modern element of front wheel drive. The Imperial features a V-6 engine in a nod to fuel economy expectations of the period. A four speed automatic transaxle drives the front wheels. The interior is luxuriously appointed with deeply cushioned seats, this car featuring the optional Mark Cross leather package. Mark Cross provided high quality leather goods and for one year only, 1991, provided the leather seats for this unique model. The Imperial is a true six passenger car with automatic climate control, full power, and a driver’s side airbag. The Imperial was available with a choice of Infinity sound systems, all with a cassette player, typical of the time. Up for auction today is one fine example of Chrysler's Flagship for 1991. This fully loaded Imperial exudes luxury, from its plush Mark Cross leather seating, to its fully automatic climate control, and its premium quality sound system. Today is you opportunity to own this classy luxury car.
At 130,115 miles, the 3.3 liter V6 engine still purrs quietly and through the 4 speed automatic transmission, propels this Chrysler effortlessly in all driving conditions. This car is a single owner car and has been extremely well cared for and meticulously maintained. Purchased, owned, and operated in the state of California, this car is completely rust and corrosion free. As one might come to expect from a car 20 years old, there are some minor areas that are not show room perfect. The windshield, as well as the front grille area and headlight covers have some small rock chips that were aquired through the journey of life this car has traveled so far. The seat belts have signs of use and a cover for the left rear door courtesy light will not stay in place. On cold days prior to the car arriving at normal operating condition, when applying the brakes, the Brake and ABS light will illuminate briefly (1-2 seconds) and then turn off. Other than those ever so minor issues, everything in the car operates exactly as it should, all windows work, ac works, power options, and even the automatic lowering device for the trunk lid. This car comes with its original owners manual, key to the locks on the wheel covers, and two factory sets of keys. For those of you in California, you need not worry, this car has passed a full safety inspection and a smog test so it is ready to drive and enjoy the day you buy it.

From 1926 the Imperial was the top model built by Chrysler. Part of the Chrysler line for many years, Imperial became a separate line of cars for a number of years and by 1990 was again the flagship of the Chrysler lineup.
From 1990 to 1993 the Chrysler Imperial was an elegant and extremely well equipped luxury car with a distinctive crisp edged design that was evocative of earlier designs of the classic era.
Closely related to the Chrysler New Yorker Fifth Avenue, the Imperial featured a classic-looking vertical grille, a formal roofline providing better rear seat headroom, and the modern element of front wheel drive.
The Imperial features a V-6 engine in a nod to fuel economy expectations of the period. A four speed automatic transaxle drives the front wheels.
The interior is luxuriously appointed with deeply cushioned seats, this car featuring the optional Mark Cross leather package. Mark Cross provided high quality leather goods and for one year only, 1991, provided the leather seats for this unique model.
The Imperial is a true six passenger car with automatic climate control, full power, and a driver’s side airbag.
The Imperial was available with a choice of Infinity sound systems, all with a cassette player, typical of the time.
Options (not installed on this car) included a fully digital instrument cluster and a factory-installed cellular phone.
The Imperial was discontinued in 1993 as a result of changing design and technical developments.
