Vehicle Detail

I require a $500 non-refundable Paypal deposit within 48 hours of final bid. I am willing to help with delivery for a fee. Please read the entire listing and email me with any questions. You are bidding on a 2005, Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab. It was originally equipped with Chrome bumpers and 17" Chrome wheels. I have made upgrades since then. Currently the truck is equipped with 17" OEM Off-Road aluminum wheels mounted with 285/75R17 Goodyear Silent Armor Tires. There is approx. 50%+ tread left on the tires. I am also including the pictured aftermarket wheels/tires. The aftermarket wheel/tire combo is a set of 5 and are Mickey Thompson MTZ 325/65R18 tires on Mickey Thompson Classic Lock 18x10 wheels. The tires have better than 50% tread and the wheels have been recently powdercoated black to help match the bumpers and fender flares. The wheels have not been driven on since coated, they were only mounted to take pictures for this listing. I am also including a brand new matching tire for the 17" wheels (mounted on the factory steel spare wheel). Factory Options: 4 door, short bed Hemi V8 Leather heated seats Moonroof 6 disc In-Dash CD changer Leather wrapped steering wheel with radio controls Power adjustable pedals Dimming Mirror Rear sliding window Trailer Package Modifications include: Road Armor bumpers (Front and Rear) coated in black Line-X 10,000lb Chicago electric winch (front bumper 4.56 Motive axle gears. (gets 15+mpg on highway) Rear axle has a Detroit True-Trac automatic locker (acts as limited slip in normal use) Red Rhino Liner (in bed) Bushwacker Fender Flares Diablo Predator Tuner (Premium Tune) PML Oversize Transmission Pan & Rear Axle cover Triple A-pillar pod with autometer gauges (Transmission, Rear axle and Transfer case temperature) Add-a-leaf rear spring Reclocked torsion bar keys Electric fan Cold Air Intake (K&N Filter) 2006+ Hemi ignition coils (This upgrade was performed by me with OEM parts. This upgrade eliminates the need for spark plug wires, thus eliminating the need for changing during a tune up). Exhaust: 2.5", all stainless: Magnaflow High-Flow Catalytic converters, Magnaflow X-pipe, cut-outs (no valve installed), Dual Flowaster (stainless) Delta Flow 40 mufflers. Vinyl Tonneau Cover All decals and side moldings have been shaved Maintenance: When the truck turned over the first 3,000 miles I changed the oil to Mobil 1 5W20 oil. This oil has been used on every oil change since then. The Axle fluids have been changed every 15,000 miles. Royal Purple has been used since the first change Transmission fluid has been changed every 15,000 miles (filters every 30,000 miles) with Mopar ATF+4 every change Transfer Case fluid has been changed every 15,000 miles with Mopar AFT+4 Spark plugs changed every 30,000 miles with NGK IX Iridium plugs. Aligned once a year Waxed 1-2 times a year washed weekly All front suspension components have been changed to MOOG greaseable joints within the last 30,000 miles Dealer replaced torque converter under warranty @ approx. 75,000 miles. Personal Comments: The winch control solenoid has been mounted under the dash and the plug for the controller is located near the right side of the radio. I did this for a couple of reasons. The first is so the solenoid does not corrode from Michigan road salt. Also, so the winch can be controlled from inside the truck. The remote is long enough to also use outside. The tailgate is black and has a dent on the top near the handle. My tailgate was stolen in October 2009 and I replaced it with one from Craigslist. I installed a lockable handle, and a "EZ down" gas shock on the hinge. Mechanically, the tailgate works perfectly, but due to the location of the dent it is not repairable, and would need to be replaced if you desire to have a perfect condition tailgate. I never replaced it with a new tailgate because of the cost, and with the black bumpers, fender flares, and tonneau cover I didn't think it looked too bad. I'm selling this truck because I live too far from work, so I bought a Jetta TDI. I'd rather sell it and buy a house than let it sit. I cannot give any guarantee on this vehicle. It is used, but it has never been abused or over roaded and it has never let me down. This truck has some of the best road manners I've seen in a dodge truck. This truck is ready for a long life of use. I require a $500 non-refundable Paypal deposit within 48 hours of final bid. I am willing to help with delivery for a fee. Please read the entire listing and email me with any questions.
