This Chevy does have a reconstructed title but it runs and drives great. It has only 129k and it is solid throughout. I have used it to run around and do small jobs and it works nice. The 305 V8 runs strong and the transmission shifts good. Warranty Information This vehicle is being sold without a warranty. The seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Warranties are available from C.A.R.S warranty at an additional cost. Prices are $295 for 3 months, $395 for 6 months, $595 for 1 year, $795 for 2 years, $995 for 3 years and $1195 for 4 years. All warranties are unlimited miles. There is a $100 deductible on each repair and the warranty pays up to $60 per hour labor. Terms of Sale The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales. Payment Methods Cash (In Person), certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $300 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Additional Fees and Taxes Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can get great rates on shipping so please call for a quote. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
