If it was smoked in I can't tell, and I am a NON-SMOKER.Vehicle has some VERY minor collision damage pictured on the rear bumper and hard fiber-glass bed cover. (Please see the pitures.) This vehicle's engine is in perfect working condition. The 6.0 Ltr Turbo Power Stroke is very strong and has no signs of trouble. The truck has been inspected by our shop, and again by the local Ford store. Both gave it a clean bill of health. There are no known major defects in this vehicle. The only cosmetic issues that we know of are clearly pictured and described. We are a no hassle kind of place...no need to lie, cheat or steal. Overall, this vehicle's exterior is clean. The paint is bright and has a good gloss. The interior is clean and in good condition with the exception of the stain on the back seat. (Please see pictures) The headliner has a spot (agian pictured) that used to house a DVD screen. It was professionally repaired. There is approximately 95% of the tire tread remaining on the front tires and the backs are getting a little thin, probably 20% or so. Please see the very good pictures. The mileage represented on this vehicle is accurate and matches up with what CarFax shows. It was also confrimed via the Florida DMV and the local Ford dealership. This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
All bidders with a zero or negative feedback rating MUST e-mail us with their name, address and a verifiable phone number PRIOR to bidding or risk having their bid removed. Winning bidder must send $1000 in the form of either direct wire transfer, PAYPAL, or check/money order drawn on a United States bank within three days of the end of the auction. The balance of the purchase price is due via wire transfer, cashier's check, money order or cash within 7 calendar days of auction end or upon pickup of the vehicle, whichever comes first. We do not accept Paypal payments under any circumstances for an amount beyond that of the $1,000 deposit. International bidders must pay via wire transfer or with cash, no exceptions. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
We hold titles to most of our vehicles in hand. However, there are times when we purchase vehicles with titles held by lending institutions. Florida law provides up to thirty days for these institutions to release titles to us.
Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than ten years or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT CHECKS FROM BANKS PRIOR TO DELIVERY. Make sure it is a check and not a "Draft". There is a big difference.
All sales are FOB Holiday FLORIDA. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. We are open for vehicle pickup, by appointment only, from 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays. We are closed on all Sundays, unless we make an appointment with you.
If you wish to have it shipped using a door-to-door service, we will gladly cooperate. Please contact us directly for a shipping quote. If you already have your own shipper, we will be happy to work with them to arrange pickup of your vehicle, however we DO NOT offer delivery service to a shipping terminal. Please arrange for door-to-door shipping service only.
If you desire to fly in to Tampa Internationa Airport (TPA) and drive your vehicle back, we will provide airport transfer to our lot. We can also suggest inexpensive places to stay or fun things to do. Just ask.
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. We STRONGLY recommend you inspect any vehicle prior to bidding. By placing a bid on this vehicle you either certify that you have performed a pre-bid inspection, or you have waived your right to do so. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We do our best to describe the overall mechanical and cosmetic condition of the vehicles we sell, but we do not claim to have done a complete visual or mechanical inspection. We sell our vehicles at NO RESERVE and all vehicles are sold AS-IS, unless the vehicle has factory warranty remaining. If you do not understand this or can not accept this then please do not bid on the vehicle.
We do not want you to be unhappy with your purchase but at the same time you have to understand what the definition of "AS-IS" means. It means sold without warranty. Please do not contact us after you have bought the car "as-is" and tell us you want us to warranty your vehicle. Most of our cars are sold at, and often below, wholesale prices. Therefore there is minimum profit (especially on no reserve auctions) and accordingly, we can not afford to warranty the vehicle as if you had purchased it off our retail lot for full list price. Remember, many of these cars are nearly a decade old and may have in excess of 100,000 miles. They may be new to you but they are used cars and repairs can be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. While we try to service any known defects, it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. All cars are used machines and used machines need general repairs on a regular basis, many times without prior warning. This is especially true for highline & exotic vehicles that have more elaborate features and systems. Also, repairs are more common, for example, on a 1999 or 2000 model car as opposed to a 2009 or 2010 model car.
What you have just read is basically common sense, but there are some people who want something for nothing and don't understand the concept of "AS IS". For this reason, we felt is necessary to spell terms out in plain English. Please e-mail us if additional information or pictures are desired. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive non-paying bidder performance. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to Ebay, and prosucuted to the full extent of interstate commerce law.
Fee and Tax Information: Buyer must pay all required State or Federal taxes & fees.
We have a $324.50 dealer fee that will be charged to all transactions. This is the same fee charged to our non-ebay sales at the dealership.
