Gorgeous rebuilt Honda CT70 K0 Mini Trail 70 from ca. 1970-71. I doubt you will find a nicer CT70 K0 after 40 years. Lived its first life as a candy gold CT70. Recently rebuilt from the inside-out and multiple powder-coated in candy red. These bikes rust from the inside. After removal of all parts, all metal parts cleaned, burnished, and a rust inhibitor was applied prior to priming. All original, except an after-market carburator was added last year. The new carb design is far superior to the original. New gel-cell battery and charger included. Includes the stock Honda tool kit under the seat and one (1) ignition key. All functions, lights, and controls work as designed. Some cables were replaced with Honda OEM originals. Starts on first kick and good engine compression. This CT70 uses the larger rear sprocket for higher torque when climbing steep hills. The higher torque results in a top speed just shy of 30 MPH. Clean exhaust; does not burn oil. State of California title included (I never registered the bike here in FL) as well as a photocopy of the original owner's manual. 1650 original miles. I will take the bike to the crating/shipper of your choice within 50 miles of Jacksonville. As nice as this CT70 is, it is not being represented as cosmetically flawless, nor is it being represented in as-new condition. Item is auctioned/sold "as-is." No warranty is offered. Crank case oil and gasoline drained prior to shipment. Winning bidder/buyer responsible for for all crating, shipping, and insurance costs. I will be happy to facilitate and coordinate with the crating and shipping company. Owner's manual, ignition key, spare plugs, and title will be shipped in a seperate package at my expense.
