Being offer for sale, is one of the most rare Camaro's ever produced!!! This 2010 2SS INDY PACE CAR / FESTIVAL PARADE CAR #20 out of only 25 that were ever produced... Two of these cars were the PACE CAR with light bars, and will never be offered for sale, and out of the remaining 23, only a handful were ever offered for sale. Most went to VIP's and one to the race winner, one to the George family and a few to museum's. This is only the 5th time a Camaro has ever been selected as the INDY 500 PACE CAR, with the other years being, 1967, 1969, 1982, 1993.... Out of the 5 years, this 2010 Camaro, which only 25 were ever produced, makes it the lowest number ever produced... GM had announced in a rare move that this time they WILL NOT REPLICATE this years INDY PACE CAR for the general public to purchase... So these 23 cars are the only ones to ever exist, ever... This # 20 has been documented as one of only TWO PACE CARS to be assigned to the track only... This car spent the entire time on the track, and in a few YouTube video's, can be seen even pacing the field in front of the light bar PACE CARS that paced the entire race. I could go on and on about this car, but all that has to be said is that 23 of these exist... and will never be anymore. This cars build sheet also will show a build date of 3/10/09, which makes it one of the first 100 5th generation camaros built, and made a week before production began officially on the 15th.
