This 2005 Toyota Prius is in excellent condition. Very well maintained and very clean. Never in accident with Clean Carfax report. Non-smokers vehicle with no odor. Exterior of the vehicle is flawless. One ding on rear driver side, no scratches. The interior is clean. No wear or tear, no stains on the cloth upholstery or headliner. Mechanically the Prius is in excellent condition. It runs and drives 100% as if it was a brand new car. Smooth soft ride. Wheel balance and alignment are perfect. Good tires, brakes and rotors. Is inspected. Is due for oil change. Deposit The successful high bidder must contact us by telephone as well as submit a $500 Non-Refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. If deposit has not been made or communications hasn't been established, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell to next successful bidder. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction or we reserve the right to re-list or sell to any other qualified buyer. The deposit is non-refundable, so please only serious bidders. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will cooperate with the buyer and shipping company of their choice. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. We will ship within the United States as well as other countries.
