This is a beautiful example of a 91 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Final Edition with low actual 98,090 miles! In 2008, we purchased this cool toy in KY for $18,500-. My mechanic drove over here, inspected & re-conditioned everything before to register in California. Registration is current till Oct 2011. Everything is very much original & everything works with very few minor exceptions (see things to consider). This runs excellent!! No mechanical problems as our mechanic has regularly maintained this vehicle for us. One of the greatest conditions for the final year 1991 edition in black. This sure will be your perfect candidate for your next restoration project! OR You can just enjoy driving for your use and save for future project to sell much more!!! No extra loud add-ons; this shows the great care to keep the good-looking vintage condition. Over the last 3 years, we have invested close to $5000 additional cash to complete cab overhauls & engine rebuilt. Now, running is very smooth & steady ever before. This toy is ready for your long-lasting dream to come true. Honestly, we really do not want to sell this but we have no choice due to our personal financial situation. Title & History: The tile is clear and has been owned by my boss who resides in Torrance, CA (Next to Gardena where this is currently garaged at). It has no history of accident. There were 2 owners before him and all maintenance records & original owner's manual & repair receipts are available. Although carfax might say there may have been one accident in the past, at our fullest knowledge, there was no such history at least with the second owner (the guy we bought from in KY) & us. There is no signs or damages that can tell us this car has ever got in an accident at all. Inside & Outside: Interior of this car is original warm tan color and seats are leather. As can be seen on the pictures, the interior conditions are great, but not perfect mint condition. I mean interior has not been restored. There are a few reasonable wears around steering wheel & leather seats due to normal usage of this vehicle. But, it all looks great for this age. The same is true for the exterior. It looks great but again it is not perfect mint condition. There are a few paint peels and minor rust on woody on rear doors & sides of front head lights. Many pictures have been taken to show you the exact degree & places of these rust, as this may be the key decision making point for those of you who will restore this to the perfection. Please see the last 6 pictures. As can be seen on these pictures, these rust are not so deep and repairable we would guess. So, overall here are good & bad about this vehicle from what we know! GOOD: Great looking retro suv yet functional 4x4 car Valuable investment for less to take over restoration (spent $23,500 or more) No need for immediate restoration to enjoy the ride & originality Very rare to see this great original condition final year 1991 edition Original color Black Exterior & Tan Interior No mechanical problems at all; runs excellent Everything works such as ice-cold A/C, Sunroof, Radio, Power Windows, Power Mirror, Etc. BAD (Things to consider): Minor rust on woody rear doors & front side head lights Some paint peels; not perfect mint paint as it is original paint Power lock does not lock all doors all the time; may need lubrication & check Rear window works well but its switch that takes key may need to be replaced in the future We will be showing & letting you test drive throughout next week till Jan 14th.
