This started as My Mini Motard racing project. It began as a medina Mini SX160 frame that I bought new. Suspension: Forks are GPX TiNi treated fork tubes for low stiction, fully adjustable for preload and comp. & rebound in billet triple. Rear shock is a DMN preload adj. w/ adjustable Comp & Rebound. Im 230 pounds and this thing handles my weight easily but can be adjusted for a lighter rider. Seat height is 32" in Motard set up but would be a bit taller in MX trim with a 14" front MX rim. Wheels and Brakes: The wheels on it are specific for Motard and are 2.15" width in front and 2.50" in the rear and are from Mini Mob in Canada. Billet hubs and HD spokes. TT92 tires that have only seen test rides around the block, never heat cycled yet, in new and race ready condition(as is the rest of the bike). Brakes are dual piston caliper on a 220mm front rotor and a 190mm disc in the rear. Stainless lines. Stops incredibly well! Body: New KLX black plastics with a new Monster graphics kit. NEVER down, perfect shape! New gold link HD 420 chain and sprockets. Engine: Started as a 160cc YX engine that was opened up brand new and had the transmission clearenced to perfection, 6 disc wet clutch, shifts like a dream and built to take the power. Engine is stroked and cases bored to clear the new sleeve that was installed in the cylinder(still all new stuff). Trailbikes V2 roller follower head, decomp mech. as its 12+ Compression. TB intake, TB 28mm carb.Makes well over 20hp and pulls!! Wicked fast!! This is not a playbike for the backyard, its is meant to win minimotard races and was going to be raced by me, but a knee injury is forcing me to sell. I have a set of 14/12 MX wheels that need bearings but are stright. Just need a front 14" MX tire and tubes and you'd have a full set of dirt tires as well. I am open to fair offers.
