1971 Triumph Bonneville

Here is a 1971? Triumph 650? Hardtail Chopper project. We have a Title that says Reconstructed it doesnt say Triumph the vin doest match the engine number or frame number Frame number reads TR6RDU87853 The engine number reads CE14458 and the title vin reads 852901.The seller we got the bike from signed the Title but didnt transfer it,We have a corrective Title form signed by the seller and the incorrect buyer who signed the Title but didnt transfer it the,Title comes with the bike not sure if its going to do any good. Motor kicks over,Carbs are loosely bolted on,wireing needs to be finished,throttle is not connected to the handlebars,Everything we have for the bike is in the pictures we are selling the bike as is. Would like to be paid in full and have it picked up within seven days after auction ending,If a shipper is going to pick it up we can hold on to it for a few weeks.
