This is a 1979 corvette body and frame. The body is very straight and without any apparent repairs. Both bumper covers are intact and have no damage. It has a very nice front clip with complete headlight assemblies, but the mounting frames will need repair as they are cracked. The front section of the frame is in decent condition, and has the front suspension and all brackets included. Vacuum lines for headlights is still intact. Both doors are solid without any rust, but are bare and the floors are solid. The rear glass with defrost is in good condition, and the windshield is intact, but does have a small crack on the lower edge. Windshield trim is in good shape as is the stainless t-top trim. The back half of the frame is rusty, and the rear suspension has been removed. There is some rust in the windshield surround and birdcage, but still solid. I have clear paperwork to go with this car. It will make a nice donor for parts, or a base to transfer parts from another onto. Please look at pictures, as there are no other parts included in this auction. I ADDED A FEW MORE PICTURES OF THE BIRDCAGE. I FEEL THE BACK HALF OF THE FRAME IS RUSTY BEYOND REPAIR. THE WINDSHIELD SURROUND IS VERY NICE, BUT AT THE BOTTOM OF BOTH PILLAR POSTS THERE ARE RUST HOLES AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES. THE LOWER SECTION OF THE HINGE PILLARS HAS SOME RUST, BUT DOESN'T LOOK TO BE ROTTED THROUGH. ALSO THE 2 RALLEY WHEELS ON THE CAR ARE INCLUDED WITH THE AUCTION.
