Vehicle Condition: Up for bid in this auction is a 2004 BMW X-3 2.5i with all wheel drive and a 2.5L 6-cylinder engine and 125,435 miles. Through and through this vehicle is in great shape. Its runs and drives perfect with no off sounds, groans, or smoke coming from the exhaust or engine. The paint is in very good shape with the exception of some minor scratches on the driver side door as well as 5 small blemishes (4 on the driver side by the headlight, 1 on the lower part of the drivers door, see pictures). As expected on a six year old vehicle, there is some minor wear on the center console. There are no lingering odors, tears, or stains on the seats or in the carpet, and the BMW's black leather is still in great shape and looks fantastic against the light colored wood accents. An 8.2% Sales tax and title/registration fees will be accessed to all Arizona residents and or customers who plan on registering the vehicle in the State of Arizona with in 365 days of the purchase date. All out of state customers are responsible for all city, county, state taxes and fees as well as title and registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the all of the shipping charges. The vehicle must be paid for in full before the vehicle can leave our facility to be transported.
