happy holidays everyone!! today i am listing my all original beautiful untouched/clean 1948 plymouth business coupe! it is very straight and doors/decklid/hood all open/close beautifully! all gapping is still very crisp and nice! still retains original factory black paint (ready for a repaint) has very very minimal rust around the body and 1 minor spot on the floorpan where the drivers foot would rest! very minor!!!! interior shows very clear and bright still although the original wool carpeting (or whatever they used back then) needs to be replaced, other than that the interior is awesome and very very nice!! i bought from the second owner whom had it garged for many many a years! everything is completely intact and original on this car!! the hood has minor spots of surface rust but i do have a very clean original oem hood that i bought that goes with the car! i also have original documentation and adverts from a long time ago in a folder that goes as well, i also have a pair of very nice clean glass tail light lenses that go with it as well!! like i said---very very nice original car! it is a 6 volt charging system and the battery is dead, did run and drive just perfect 2 summers ago, the brakes are completely to the floor and need repair, once they are done car should run/drive just fine. it is a three on the tree manual shift car. it is a straight six engine and everything is intact and very clean in the engine compartment as well. caris located in warren mi. 48089 and if you have any questions feel free to call me at 586-563-8589 my bin is 5200.00 (very very well worth it for this unmolested original/straight 48 plymouth business coupe) buzz it down---repaint it---fix the brakes and have a very cool summer cruiser for way under 10 grand if you do the work yourself!! ok, thanks for your time and happy holidays to all and god bless. I HAD A COUPLE PEOPLE INQUIRE IF THERE WAS A DENT IN THE DRIVERS SIDE QRTR PANEL----THERE IS NOT ANY DENTS AT ALL IN THE QRTR PANEL ITS A REFLECTION OF THE SILVER CLADDING FROM THE VAN NEXT TOIT, THATS ALL--THE BODY IS VERY STRAIGHT AND DENT FREE! THAT IS A REFLECTION AND NOT A DENT JUST TO CLARIFY. THIS IS A STRAIGHT 48!!!
