The good: This auction is for a 1999 GMC Yukon Denali. Although this truck is a '99, it is just about completely new mechanically. We did not plan on selling this vehicle but recently inherited a brand new Yukon XL and will no longer need the Denali. 5 months ago the engine and trasmission were both replaced with remanufactured engine and remanufactured transmission (not rebuilt, but completely new remanufactured). At that time, the engine oil cooler lines, knock sensor, PCV valve, complete new radiator, thermostat, timing cover, all new U-joints, water pump, belts and belt tensioner, distributor and neutral safety switch were replaced with new. We have also within the last few months, installed a new starter and flex plate, battery and blower motor, brakes and wheel bearings. The tires are almost new, they have about 10,000 miles on them. As you can see, we planned on driving this black beauty for a long time because the exterior looks so nice, as does the Denali interior. So, if you are looking to drive a new Yukon and not pay the $50,000, here it is. We have put $8,000 in repairs into this truck and we are selling it with no reserve pricing. This truck has: heated seats (all 4- front and rear), sunroof, CD player - BOSE stereo system, leather power seats, full size new spare, heated power mirrors, power windows and locks, one keyless remote, running boards, luggage rack, wood grain Denali interior, cruise control, and 4 wheel drive for that fantastic Wisconsin snow and ice. It also has a tow package with class 3 hitch. The bad: There are very few small rock chips and other minor scratches that you would expect on a vehicle of this age. There is also a small hole worn through in the driver's side seat and since the cold weather hit, we have had some issues opening the sunroof (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't - don't know if it's frozen shut or not). 279,000 miles on the odometer but not on much else.
